CNC machining operator (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Preparing, setting up and operating machining centers
- Independent programming and modification of existing CNC programs
- Processing, testing and measuring the manufactured workpieces based on technical drawings as well as approval of parts production
- Documentation of the test results on working papers
- Detecting and eliminating faults or arranging for fault elimination, fault analysis and fault reporting
- Participation in the optimization of processing procedures and processes
- Independent monitoring of repair and maintenance intervals as well as carrying out smaller maintenance and repair work according to plan
- Ensuring on-time and quality production
Your profile:
- You have completed training as a cutting mechanic (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
- You have very good knowledge of machining and CNC technology.
- You have experience in programming and operating corresponding systems.
- You work independently, goal-oriented and customer-oriented and are used to continually proving your performance, even within a team.
- You have good knowledge of spoken and written German.
